A Fresh Restart to Our MakerGram Newsletter​

This Saturday, I enjoyed spending time with the iLAB-Innovation Laboratory Digital Literacy members, mostly kids, at TinkerSpace Kochi, introducing them to the world of electronics and the joy of making, along with Nadec Biju and Adarsh N.

📍In the past, we have organized and celebrated a couple of Arduino Days. However, this year was particularly special because we focused on Arduino Ek, which features the Arduino R4 and R4 Wi-Fi boards made in India. Together with MakerGram and TinkerSpace Kochi, we organized ArduinoDay2025 in Kochi.

ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് പഠിക്കുകയോ, പ്രോട്ടോടൈപ്പിങ് പ്രോജക്റ്റുകൾ ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നവർക്കായി രൂപകല്പന ചെയ്ത ഒരു ഡെവലപ്‌മെന്റ് പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമാണ് Arduino. വളരെ ലളിതമായി ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് പഠിക്കാനും പരീക്ഷിക്കാനും ഈ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോം സഹായിക്കുന്നു. ഇറ്റലിയിലെ IDII (Interaction Design Institute Ivrea) ലെ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് ഇലക്ട്രോണിക്സ് പഠിപ്പിക്കാനായി ആരംഭിച്ച "Wiring" എന്ന പ്രൊജക്റ്റിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ആണിത് വികസിപ്പിച്ചെടുത്തത്.

This month, the topic was “Build a Decentralised Communication Network with Meshtastic ”, and our speaker was the CEO of MeviTech and my friend Vignesh Naduvathuparambil. I met him at a hackathon, and I knew he is a passionate maker and hacker; he is one of the people I know who has ‘cool’ RF Tools 📡.

UbuCon Asia 2024 was a memorable event. Thanks to the fantastic organizers Aryan Kaushik, Srijan Srivastava, Youngbin Han, Ravindra PhDhankar Ravindra PhD, host JECRC Incubation Centre, Foundation and notable participants from around Asia and beyond,
